Hi, I’m Julie. I know what it’s like to look successful on the outside but feel lost and stuck inside.
As a former Director of Human Resources, wife, and mum of two, I spent years juggling high expectations while secretly battling self-sabotage, emotional eating, and a deep sense that something was missing. Despite my achievements, I found myself in destructive cycles, doubting my worth, and always chasing the next “fix” to feel good enough.
Reaching my lowest point was the turning point. I invested in real transformation, immersing myself in subconscious reprogramming, breathwork, and cutting-edge coaching. I learned from world-class mentors and, more importantly, put every tool to the test in my own life.
Now, as a certified Self-Sabotage and Mindset Coach, Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, and Executive Coach, I combine everything I’ve learned to help women like you break free from old patterns and create the vibrant, powerful life you truly deserve.
